There is a seismic shift away from fossil fuel based energy because of its ozone layer depletion potential to renewable green energy sources. Solar and  Waste-to-Energy (WTE) are two of the popular renewable energy sources. KES is an Exclusive Minority Distributor of NanoPV Solar Panels. NanoPV Solar Inc. KES is a Strategic Partner to Aldridge Enterprises which succeeded in developing a transparent solar cell that uses ultraviolet (UV) light to generate electricity and also allows visible light to penetrate. This remarkable discovery is nicknamed Brelight. It is a thin naio-crystallic layer construction of photo-voltaic cell that increases its ability to utilize UV radiation for photo-current generation. This technology is unique because while the traditional solar panels depend on the availability of direct sunlight,  Brelight can generate electricity under all conditions such as sunshine, cloudy skies, rain, or indirect sunlight. Contact KES for further information on how to acquire Brelight.

Assurance Division

In many emerging markets, especially in Africa, where KES has strong business and social connections, this Division seeks to achieve two objectives; firstly, to institute the prospect of establishing an "Assurance" footprint in a Virgin territory where there is no such product; and secondly, to set the standards and describe circumstances by which, in the event of death of a program member,  benefit is paid to the surviving relative. In the African theater where, generally,  life expectancy for males fall between 55 to 65 years, and about 60 to 65 percent of the working population is engaged in agricultural services (mostly subsistence agriculture), the relevance of this product cannot be overemphasized.

The goal of this program, eventually,  is to produce a product that will be the start of a total KES employees benefit package. When fully developed, the package will include opportunities for members to purchase through affordable payroll deduction additional benefits for immediate family members.  The vision is to expand the program to other sectors that do not have this type of program like the military, police, civil servants, Healthcare workers, education workers, transportation workers, private sector companies, etc. There are three (3) different ways we can successfully facilitate this program, and KES stands ready to implement given the appropriate conditions and resources.

Healthcare Services Division

In today's world, the cost of medical services, especially when an individual is already ill, is prohibitive for most individuals or families.  Although the Obama Administration has successfully extended coverage to more Americans than before through the Affordable Healthcare Legislation,  the beginning of taking charge of one's health still rests upon preventative options geared towards making sure you do not get sick in the first place. KES has products for our population inflicted with diabetes.

Diabetes is a serious disease that can be managed through physical activity, diet, and appropriate utilization of insulin and oral medications to lower blood sugar levels. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that over 29 million people in the United States are inflicted with diabetes and this number had spiked up from 26 million in 2010. The CDC estimates that One in Four people have diabetes and they are not aware. Also, there are about 86 milion adults (more than One in Three U.S. adults) who have prediabetes, where their blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be classified as type 2 diabetes. Without weight loss and moderate physical activity, 15 to 30 percent of the 86 million people with prediabetes will develop type 2 diabetes within five years. KES Quick & Care Blood Glucose Monitoring Device seeks to present to patients a valuable, state-of-the-art, cost efficient tool to help monitor and treat their diabetes.  The need to monitor and treat diabetes cannot be overemphasized.  Literally globally, diabetes patients desire access to adequate care. Many people can avoid the long-term complications of diabetes by taking good care of themselves, and good care starts with the proper tools. Quick & Care is an affordable tool.

KES, also, has strategic partnership with Health Fairs USA which is a nationwide company that conducts  fewer sickness call-outs, profitable business, among others.

Non-Profit Division

The Non-Profit Division plays a pivotal role in KES' overall functionality because while we are a for-profit organization, there are a number of roles in the sphere of the non-profit world that we find necessary to perform to give KES the platform to be an holistic organization serving both the environment and the segment of humanity that stand in need. Recognizing that in economic terms, non-profit organizations seek not to enrich the organization's shareholders by surplus income distribution to them; rather, the productive utilization of any surplus to further enhance the mission, goal, or purpose of the non-profit. KES is fully committed to this principle and is structured to maintain separate line of business demarcation between the functions of the Non-Profit Division and the rest of KES so as not to impede the nonprofit tax-exempt status of this Division as it goes about serving the public interest in its charitable work.

The Non-Profit Division of KES is called KESI, Inc. which is a 501c (3) IRS designated company. Link is coming soon.

Minerals and Metals Division

KES has strong economic and social connections in Sub-Saharan Africa. KES also has its own minerals mines and exclusive management control over several mines (gold, diamond, etc.) mainly in Western Africa. These mines contain in-ground assets of precious and semi-precious minerals. In the USA, KES has partnerships with coal miners.  This Division is a very important component of KES asset base moving forward.

Transportation Services Division

Transportation is so broad a concept that it requires narrowing it to specific sector. Generally, transportation refers to any device or mode used to move an item, object, person, or animal from one location to another via a particular route. Regular or common modes of transportation include; air, rail, road, water, cable, pipeline, and space. The transportation sector covers infrastructure (fixed location like airport, seaport, warehouse, etc.) field, vehicular (air, land and water) field, and operations field. An analogy that best describes the role and importance of transportation in our lives is the following: If the human body is the universe, transportation is like the veins and arteries that move and distribute blood to necessary compartments of the body literally keeping each compartment alive and functional. Without blood flow throughout the body, the body dies. Transportation not only enables movement of people and cargo, but also, and perhaps more importantly, it enables trade between people and nations which is necessary for development of civilizations in our one world.

KES Transportation Division functions in all areas of transportation as outlined above; infrastructure, vehicular, and operations fields. Today, our world has transparent borders and one of the major entities that makes that transparency possible, besides governmental policies, is transportation. Contact KES Transportation to discuss your particular interest or transportation related questions.

Entertainment Services Division

Wikipedia defines entertainment as "any activity which provides a diversion or permits people to amuse themselves in their leisure time, and may also provide fun, enjoyment and laughter". It is very possible that individuals can create their own version of entertainment within their own cycles of life whether through hobby, game, fun activity, or performance art. The Entertainment Industry, in general, is informally referred to as "show business " or "show biz" and it is a part of the tertiary sector of the economy encompassing a number of sub-Industries all related to entertainment.

KES recognizes the value and relevance of this industry and commits a division to explore and implement programs to identify and develop talents to participle in the Entertainment Industry. KES has identified a qualified professional with the requisite experience and industry knowledge to run this division. Please contact KES Entertainment Division with your question about how we can help suggest avenues of advancement.

Finance Division

KES recognizes that next to qualified and competent staff, a for profit entity's foundation is sound financial management performance. The absence of sound financial management principles can doom a company. KES, as an entity, has a few financial moving parts from the different divisions, employees, JV Partners, tax obligations, to name a few. The Finance Division is KES' first line of in-house financial management team.

 Agricultural Services Division

The importance of agriculture and agri-business to any economy cannot be overanalyzed. Any level of analysis based on the country's position is appropriate. Essentially, most nations, especially less developing countries (LDCs), have an economy that generally definitively depend on agriculture either partially or significantly wholly. Many nations depend on agriculture for employment of citizens and contributions to the gross domestic product (GDP) or the national income. Agriculture, the art or science of production of crops and livestock, is one of mankind's oldest vocations. With mankind's development, the concept of agriculture has also evolved as the number of people on earth has topped the seven billion mark. Agriculture is no longer merely associated with the production of basic food crops; rather, modern day agriculture, in addition to the former, includes bees production, fruit cultivation, forestry, poultry, and dairy production. Agriculture is the backbone and the foundation stone of the economic system of a country especially LDCs. KES, therefore, would suffer a major oversight were it not to highlight agriculture as a significant component. Wikipedia defines agri-business as “the business of agricultural production. Coined in 1957 by Goldberg and Davis, the term includes agrichemicals, breeding, crops production (farming and contract farming), distribution, farming machinery, processing, and seed supply, as well as marketing and retail sales.” Generally in an economy all of these components have significance.
